The 44th AMSAT Space Symposium is under way in Jacksonville, Florida, running October 8 to 11, and today’s sessions are streaming live on AMSAT’s YouTube channel starting at 9 AM Eastern (1300 UTC). The morning is the Operating Session, with talks on satellite tracking tools and an AMSAT operations update. The Engineering Session follows at 1:30 PM, including updates on FUNcube+ and AMSAT engineering, and the AMSAT Annual Meeting is at 4 PM.

If you’ve been curious about working the birds, this is an easy way to hear from the people who build and fly them. Can’t watch live? AMSAT says the recordings stay available afterward.
