New York QSO Party Is This Saturday

The New York QSO Party runs this Saturday, October 17, from 1400Z to 0200Z, which is 10 AM to 10 PM Eastern. Stations in New York send a signal report and their county; everyone else sends a signal report and their state, province or “DX.” You can work each station once per band per mode on CW, SSB and digital, on every band except WARC.

For those of us outside New York, the goal is simple: every New York county you log is a multiplier. CW contacts count two points and digital three, so mixing modes pays off. Logs are due November 1.
